FEATURE – EXCERPT FROM THE JANUARY 2002 RICHARDSON –
LAW SCHOOL BOUND NEWSLETTER - 2002 CANADIAN LAWYER LAW SCHOOL SURVEY
Richardson LSAT Preparation - Toronto, Canada
Not that this is to be taken all that seriously, but once again
Canadian Lawyer Magazine has compiled its annual report card on
Canadian law schools. If nothing else it is good for all you
Toronto residents to see that law schools outside Toronto are
alive and well and highly regarded. Kirsten McMahon, writing for
Canadian lawyer begins by noting:
"The sensitive, touch-feely '90s are over and we have now reached
an era of back-to-basics demand. In this year's Canadian Lawyer
law school survey, the majority of the 200-or-so respondents
stated they are sick and tired of political ideology in the
classroom and want to be taught how to practise law - not just
debate it."
Anyway in order ..... here are the rankings as reported by
Canadian Lawyer:
