Question 3: Does it matter what "pre-law" university you attend?
In general, the law schools are not concerned with your undergraduate institution. Your grades are far more important than the school you attend.
But, law admissions is not a science. The "pre-law" school could possibly be a factor where two applicants are otherwise identical. For example, the law schools may want to consider the average LSAT score of all test takers from your particular school.
