Every year Canadian Lawyer Magazine publishes a law school survey which includes rankings. Although it should not be taken too seriously (and the reasons for the rankings should be considered), the ranking of the Canadian law schools for January 2007 were:
1. U of T - University of Toronto law school
2. UNB - University of New Brunswick law school
3. McGill - McGill University Faculty of Law
4. Victoria - University of Victoria law school
5. Osgoode - Osgoode Hall Law School of York University
6. Queen's - Queen's University Faculty of Law
7. Western - University of Western Ontario Law School
8. Windsor - University of Windsor Law School
9. Dalhousie - Dalhousie University Law School
10. Manitoba - University of Manitoba Law School
11. Ottawa - University Of Ottawa Law School
12. Calgary - University of Calgary Law School
13. UBC - University of British Columbia Law School
14. Saskatchewan - University of Saskatchewan Law School
